With our Drum Beats, Live Music, Chair Yoga Postures, Mantra, Mudras and Meditation, we connect with our Mind, Body and Spirit.  

We infuse our entire being with Spirit Light and Energy of the Sun, Moon and Earth. Engulfed with Spirit Light and Energy, we Heal Our World as we send out positive ripple effects of our journey.

Drum (all sizes welcome)

Small Blanket (for meditation)

Water Bottle

Wear Comfortable Clothing
